You'll build real, transferable skills across:
- People Operations — Support day-to-day HR processes and contribute to building a strong people foundation
- Employee Relations — Provide responsive support on staff concerns related to policies, benefits, and general people matters
- Talent Acquisition — Assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding great people into the team
- Communications — Manage internal and external messaging across our social media platforms and employee channels
- Events & Engagement — Plan and execute team events and research meaningful engagement and benefits initiatives for our remote-first APAC workforce
- Learning & Development — Grow in a safe environment where curiosity is encouraged and mistakes are part of the process
You'll work in a hybrid setup with a standard schedule of 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PHT, and we're happy to align on a working arrangement that fits your academic commitments.
