Through our integrated technology platform, we connect brands to a network of warehouses and logistics partners, connecting to all the major sales platforms; Lazada, Shopee, WooCommerce and Shopify to build Supply Chain as a Service.
Our mission is to democratise the supply chain and support the rapid and exciting expansion of eCommerce across APAC.
LOCADS business development team focuses on outbound client acquisition activities to strengthen our position within the market.
What you'll focus on
Our interns are part of the team from day one, learning from some of the industries top talent and leaders.
Your involvement will be critical to the business success, potentially opening up a variety of opportunities in the future, we have ex interns who now work at Locad full time.
Your HR internship will provide deep exposure and learning in the following areas.
- Reactive support on a variety of staff inequities, regarding policies, benefits and other people focussed matters.
- Internal and external communication on our social media platforms.
- Event planning and management.
- Research employee engagement and benefit initiatives, supporting a remote team across APAC.
- Onboarding activities for new employees
You’ll be supported throughout your internship with clear guidance, learning in an environment where it's okay to fail.
You’ll be able to work from home, with the opportunity to collaborate in an onsite office environment also for learning and development.
