Product Support Engineer [India]

What you'll focus on

Perform as the first level of technical support in triage and resolution of issues.
Provide product support to internal teams by cascading product features.
Support the customer support team with the provisioning of system accesses for both external and internal users.
Develop and maintain the product support framework and documentation.
Provide regular reports and insights of issues raised as feedback to the product team for product development.

What you bring

2+ years of Product Support/Analyst or equivalent experience.
E-commerce or Logistics experience is a plus.
Disciplined and self-motivated to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Strong communication skills to articulate issues in a clear and concise manner.
Detail-oriented to effectively identify issues and causes.
Knowledge or familiarity with Excel, SQL, and REST API
