This role is part of the Operations team, which is a collection of brilliant individuals from all areas of eCommerce, logistics and supply chain. They build our network, manage fulfillment, refine processes and provide ongoing customer success support.

What you'll focus on
  • You’ll manage the relationships between Locad partners, ensuring SLA’s are adhered to.

  • You'll perform detailed performance analysis to refine processes through a data led approach, with the aim of streamlining all activities. 

  • You’ll handle meaningful data collection, updating operations metrics, updating the control tower hourly, daily and weekly. 

  • You’ll aim to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors and ensure an excellent customer experience,

  • You’ll be on hand for escalations and troubleshooting.

What you bring
  • Experience within an eCommerce environment in an operational role, understanding the challenges and complexities of the fulfillment environment.

  • You’re able to understand the metrics and how to improve, enhance and drive the business forward with a practical data led approach. 

  • Able to solve problems, make decisions and drive improvements across operations.

  • Leadership experience, both internally and externally alongside strong stakeholder management. 

  • Practical mindset: you’re able to find practical and simple solutions to complex problems, without sacrificing any quality or core functionality,

  • You can drive improvements while demonstrating sound analytical skills: you’ll utilise exceptional problem-solving, and communication skills to influence process change and manage stakeholders.

  • You’re an agile, forward-thinking innovator: you’re able to thrive even as you manage occasional ambiguity and/or conflicting priorities and demands.

  • You’re a great communicator, especially with varying levels of seniority, within a large organisation.
