This role is part of the Operations team, which is a collection of brilliant individuals from all areas of eCommerce, logistics and supply chain. They build our network, manage fulfilment, refine processes and provide ongoing customer success support
What you'll focus on
As a Customer Service Representative, you will bring a true passion for solving customer issues and providing the highest level of customer care.
LOCADS customers are key, so you will be driving continuous improvement on how we engage with them, including the implementation of best practices and automation initiatives.
Provide 1st level support to Locads customers through our internal ticketing system.
You will resolve customer concerns and immediately raise critical incidents to the appropriate person.
Support the Customer Success team with the day to day support of our customers.
