LOCAD is a cloud logistics network, providing SCaaS (Supply Chain as a Service) to e-Commerce entrepreneurs and enterprises. With our integrated technology, international warehouse network, and dedicated team of logistic experts, we build a more sustainable future for e-Commerce businesses.

We are an early stage start-up, founded by entrepreneurs from the e-commerce, logistics and supply chain industries. Our mission is to democratize the supply chain for all and support the rapid and exciting expansion of e-commerce across Southeast Asia.

This role is part of the Commercial team, which is a collection of talented individuals from all areas of Sales, Growth, Marketing and expansion. They focus on the growth of Locads through both inbound and outbound marketing and business development.
What you'll focus on
  • You will build out a pipeline of e-Commerce prospects through lead generation and market research. 

  • Developing a business development strategy that will continuously meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Continuously look to develop and improve the Locad sales process, building intelligent sales strategies, applying analytical analysis to the process. 

  • You’ll mentor, guide and coach sales to our Business Development Executives and Representatives.

  • You will collaborate closely with Locads Growth, Product and Customer Success teams, helping to build better insight into the eCommerce sellers and their needs.

What you bring
  • You're fluent in both written and spoken chinese.

  • Experience selling with Chinese speaking markets, across South East Asia. 

  • A track record of developing a strong pipeline of leads, converting this to sales that continuously hit or exceeds targets.

  • A deep understanding of sales processes and a passion for implementing all parts of it.

  • A passion for sales, building relationships and constantly improving. 

  • A data led approach, tracking KPIs and metrics to ensure consistency and success. 

  • A high level of intelligence, both intellectual and emotional.

  • Experience within SaaS and an interest in Logistics & Supply chain.

  • An interest in supporting, coaching and mentoring a team around you.
