Operations Associate [Cabuyao City]

What you'll focus on
  • Support Daily Warehouse Operations:
    Assist in the execution of all ground activities across the warehouse, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatching, and returns. Follow instructions and guidance from the Operations Supervisor to ensure smooth workflow and accurate processing.
  • Inbound and Outbound Process Execution & Improvement:
    Oversee Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) approvals to ensure on-time processing. Support outbound operations such as order picking, quality control, packing, and dispatching to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Proactively identify and recommend process improvements for both inbound and outbound activities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall productivity.
  • Returns and Quarantine Management:
    Maintain accurate and complete trackers for returns and quarantined items. Regularly verify records and escalate critical issues, such as approaching quarantine capacity, to the Supervisor.
  • Compliance and Standards Enforcement:
    Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational standards across all warehouse activities..
  • Data Collection and Performance Monitoring:
    Collect and analyze operational data as directed. Monitor assigned KPIs and shift productivity, and assist in reporting performance gaps and corrective actions to the Supervisor.
  • Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA):
    Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot operational issues as they arise. Participate in root cause analysis to determine underlying problems and recommend solutions, escalating complex issues to the Supervisor as needed.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    Work effectively with warehouse team members and coordinate with other departments (Central Operations, Tech) to share data, feedback, and support operational requirements.
What you bring
Experience:
  • 1–2 years in warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory).
  • Prior experience as a Team Leader or Junior Supervisor (preferably in e-commerce operations).
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Technical & Soft Skills:
  • Strong data gathering and analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Logiwa.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, etc.)Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.), and communication tools (Slack, Viber).
