Operations Associate [Cabuyao City]

What you'll focus on

Lead, control, and monitor daily warehouse operations.
Oversee Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) approvals to ensure on-time processing.
Manage receiving, put-away, and returns activities.
Maintain accurate and complete quarantine and returns trackers, escalating critical issues.
Lead outbound operations, including picking, quality check/packing, and dispatching.
Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational standards across all warehouse activities.
Communicate and coordinate with other Locad departments for data and feedback requirements.
Collect, analyze, and present operational performance data.
Anticipate risks, resolve issues, and take preventive actions.
Provide reports on performance gaps and corrective actions.

What you bring

Experience:

1–2 years in warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory).
Prior experience as a Team Leader or Junior Supervisor (preferably in e-commerce operations).

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Technical & Soft Skills:

Strong data gathering and analysis skills.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Logiwa.
Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, etc.), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.), and communication tools (Slack, Viber).
