Business Development Manager [Philippines]

What you'll focus on
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and establishing a strong market presence for Locad across Philipinnes.

Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory, focusing on industries that align with our target market.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
Sales Management:
  • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
Product Knowledge and Expertise:
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our SaaS solutions and their unique value propositions.
  • Articulate product features, benefits, and use cases to potential customers, adapting the messaging to suit their specific needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in SaaS or subscription sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the Australian market, particularly in Sydney or Melbourne.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
