LOCAD is a cloud logistics network, providing SCaaS (Supply Chain as a Service) to e-Commerce entrepreneurs and enterprises. With our integrated technology, international warehouse network, and dedicated team of logistic experts, we build a more sustainable future for e-Commerce businesses.

We are an early stage start-up, founded by entrepreneurs from the e-commerce, logistics and supply chain industries. Our mission is to democratize the supply chain for all and support the rapid and exciting expansion of e-commerce across Southeast Asia.
What you'll focus on
  • This role will lead the entire sales function across the region. 

  • You’ll be tasked with developing the sales cycle, science and strategy to support Locads growth. 

  • Scaling up our sales function in both employees and functions.

  • You’ll take a meticulous look at the sales process, looking for process excellence and sustained results.

  • You’ll sell, leading from the front to engage with customers at international and enterprise level.

  • Developing a solid understanding of new market potential and entry. 

  • Manage weekly/monthly one-on-ones and team reviews, training and best-practise

What you bring
  • Experience leading and scaling high performing sales teams.

  • SaaS experience.

  • A strategic mindset, inspiring and visionary in your approach.

  • Previous experience in a start-up/scale up.
