Strategic Marketing
- Develop differentiated positioning and messaging for Locad’s products and solutions.
- Build category leadership across 3PL, fulfilment, and cross-border commerce.
- Act as the voice of the customer by deeply understanding customer needs, motivations, pain points, and success metrics.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, partnership opportunities, and emerging industry developments to inform strategic initiatives.
- Drive customer-obsessed thinking across cross-functional teams.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement
- Enable Sales and Marketing teams across the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, China, UAE, and the USA to sell more effectively and efficiently.
- Build and execute strategic GTM narratives, enablement decks, and training programs.
- Conduct win-loss analysis, churn analysis, and funnel analysis to improve GTM performance.
- Develop competitive battlecards and support strategic campaigns.
- Support enterprise and high-value deals through deal-level enablement.
- Lead onboarding and training initiatives for GTM teams.
- Drive omni-channel demand generation and demand capture initiatives.
- Create thought leadership, product-led content, and customer marketing programs.
Product Enablement
- Partner closely with Product teams to improve product adoption and customer engagement.
- Support product launches and feature rollouts with effective GTM strategies.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and contribute to product roadmap insights.
- Drive feature adoption, in-app activation initiatives, and customer education programs.
- Influence key product metrics, including feature attach rate, NRR, churn, and customer satisfaction.
Partner Enablement
- Support the expansion and enablement of Locad’s warehouse and fulfilment partner network.
- Develop compelling warehouse partner narratives, positioning, and communication frameworks.
- Create training materials and learning programs to improve product utilisation among partners.
- Build warehouse case studies, value realisation materials, and partner-facing communications.
- Drive initiatives that improve partner experience and Warehouse NPS.
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries, business units, and time zones.
- Manage and mentor direct reportees as the team scales.
- Coordinate with freelancers, consultants, and regional field marketing teams when required.
- Report directly to the Head of Marketing.
