About the Global Leaders Program

The Locad Global Leaders Program (GLP) is our flagship 24-month rotational management trainee program designed to develop the next generation of business leaders. GLP Trainees work directly alongside Founders, Country Leads, and Function Heads to lead real projects with real impact.

Locad is a tech-enabled logistics platform powering e-commerce fulfillment for global brands across Southeast Asia and Australia. With operations spanning the Philippines, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and beyond, we help brands store, pack, and ship orders faster through our network of warehouses and proprietary technology. We are a high-growth startup backed by leading investors, and we're building the team that will shape the next chapter of commerce logistics in the region.

Program Structure

Duration

24 months, with four rotations of six months each. You will spend your first three rotations embedded in three assigned business functions. Rotation assignments are determined in collaboration with you based on your background, interests, and business needs. Example rotation areas are as follows:

• Operations & Fulfilment — warehouse network management, SLA performance, last-mile optimisation
• Commercial & Growth — sales strategy, client onboarding, market expansion
• Finance & Strategy — financial planning, unit economics, business case development
• Product & Technology — product roadmap support, data analysis, cross-functional coordination

Performance Evaluation

Evaluations will be conducted every six months in the first year and annually thereafter.

Overseas Assignment

Eligible Trainees will be assigned an overseas placement for six months in one of Locad's key markets. Overseas eligibility is based on first-year performance reviews and business requirements. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are provided for overseas placements.

Outcome

Eligibility for a Manager role upon successful completion of the 24-month period.

Who You’ll Be

• Lead and manage key projects and initiatives from inception to completion across your assigned functions
• Collaborate with Function Heads, Country Leads, and the Founders' Office to drive high-impact work across multiple stakeholders
• Own end-to-end work streams, including change management, execution, and handover to responsible departments
• Contribute meaningfully to each team you rotate into as an active contributor

Who You Are

Required

We're looking for driven, intellectually curious graduates who are ready to lead. The GLP is a demanding, high-ownership program, so the following are non-negotiables for every Trainee we bring on board:

• Recent graduate (within the last year up to June 2026) with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analysis, STEM, or a related field
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. You're comfortable with data and use it to make decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-driven, highly accountable, and able to manage your own workload without being micromanaged
• Genuinely excited about the logistics, e-commerce, or technology industry

Preferred

No two GLP Trainees arrive the same way, and that's intentional. The qualities below are signals that you may hit the ground running a little faster. If some of these describe you, great. If not, we still want to hear from you:

• Prior internship experience in consulting, logistics, tech, finance, or operations
• Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Jira, or similar)
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. You adapt quickly and stay composed under pressure
• Openness and readiness to relocate internationally for the overseas assignment, if eligible
