About the Global Leaders Program
The Locad Global Leaders Program (GLP) is our flagship 24-month rotational management trainee program designed to develop the next generation of business leaders. GLP Trainees work directly alongside Founders, Country Leads, and Function Heads to lead real projects with real impact.
About Locad
Locad is a tech-enabled logistics platform powering e-commerce fulfillment for global brands across Southeast Asia and Australia. With operations spanning the Philippines, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and beyond, we help brands store, pack, and ship orders faster through our network of warehouses and proprietary technology. We are a high-growth startup backed by leading investors, and we're building the team that will shape the next chapter of commerce logistics in the region.
Program Structure
Duration
24 months, with four rotations of six months each. You will spend your first three rotations embedded in three assigned business functions. Rotation assignments are determined in collaboration with you based on your background, interests, and business needs. Example rotation areas are as follows:
- Operations & Fulfilment — warehouse network management, SLA performance, last-mile optimisation
- Commercial & Growth — sales strategy, client onboarding, market expansion
- Finance & Strategy — financial planning, unit economics, business case development
- Product & Technology — product roadmap support, data analysis, cross-functional coordination
Performance Evaluation
Evaluations will be conducted every six months in the first year and annually thereafter.
Overseas Assignment
Eligible Trainees will be assigned an overseas placement for six months in one of Locad's key markets. Overseas eligibility is based on first-year performance reviews and business requirements. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are provided for overseas placements.
Outcome
Eligibility for a Manager role upon successful completion of the 24-month period.
