Business Development Manager [Philippines]

What you'll focus on
  • Own and drive the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting to closing and account growth.

  • Develop and execute strategic outbound and inbound sales plans to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.

  • Identify, prioritise, and penetrate high-value target accounts across key industries.

  • Lead high-level business conversations and negotiations with senior executives and decision-makers.

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

  • Uncover complex business challenges and position Locad’s solutions as high-impact, value-driven offerings.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver client-centric solutions.

  • Optimise sales messaging, outreach strategies, and conversion processes using the latest tools and methodologies.

  • Drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts to maximise revenue and long-term partnerships.

  • Provide market insights and feedback to leadership to refine go-to-market strategies.

What you bring
  • Proven experience in full-cycle B2B sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

  • Experience in e-commerce, logistics, SaaS, or a high-growth technology environment is strongly preferred.

  • Ability to build and execute strategic sales plans with minimal supervision.

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience handling negotiations and complex deal structures.

  • Demonstrated ability to qualify leads effectively and manage long sales cycles.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities with disciplined pipeline management.

  • Growth mindset, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

  • Data-driven approach to sales, forecasting, and performance improvement.
