Team Leadership & Supervision
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of manpower agency associates assigned to a specific function in the fulfillment center.
- Provide daily direction, coaching, and support to ensure team engagement and high morale.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks (e.g., picking, packing, sorting, shipping).
- Monitor workflow and adjust staffing as needed to meet operational demands.
- Enforce adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Performance Management
- Track and report on team performance against KPIs (e.g., productivity, accuracy, quality, attendance).
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions or training as necessary.
- Motivate and encourage team members to achieve or exceed targets.
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the main point of contact between the manpower agency team and warehouse management.
- Communicate goals, expectations, and updates clearly to team members.
- Collaborate with other team leads and departments to ensure smooth handoffs and workflow continuity.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements for efficiency and quality.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas for operational enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics/operations is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Experience working with manpower agency staff is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.d
- Strong data gathering and analysis skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Logiwa.
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, etc.), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.), and communication tools (Slack, Viber).
