Warehouse Operations Supervisor

What you'll focus on
  • Lead, Control, and Monitor Operations:
    Oversee daily warehouse activities on the ground, ensuring all operations are executed according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
  • Shift Performance & Productivity:
    Monitor and report on shift-specific KPIs such as productivity, order accuracy, throughput, and inventory accuracy. Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Returns & Quarantine Management:
    Ensure returns and quarantine trackers are always accurate and up-to-date. Proactively flag to supervisors when quarantine space is approaching critical utilization.
  • Process Adjustments & Escalations:
    Implement process adjustments as needed to optimize workflow and address operational bottlenecks. Serve as the escalation point for major operational issues, coordinating cross-functional responses and communicating with management.
  • Enforce Standards & SOPs:
    Ensure all warehouse activities adhere to established standards and SOPs, promoting a culture of compliance and safety.
  • Data Gathering, Analysis & Reporting:
    Gather and analyze operational data to evaluate performance, conduct gap analysis, and report on assigned tasks. Interpret data to drive informed decision-making and document actions taken.
  • Communication & Coordination:
    Communicate and coordinate with other departments to provide necessary data, feedback, and support. Keep stakeholders informed of operational performance and escalations.
  • Risk Management:
    Anticipate and identify risks and operational issues, taking preventive actions as necessary and escalating to team members or management when required.

What you bring
Experience Level: 
2+ years Warehouse Operations Supervisor or relevant Team Lead experience
Experience Background: 
Warehouse Operations (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Management). Better if from an E-Commerce operation.
Additional Competencies:
Data gathering and analysis
Presentation Skills
Communication skills; Ability to communicate in English, both written (email, chat) and verbal (face-to-face, in call)
Background in using Warehouse Management Systems
Competency in using office tools and suites (google suites, Microsoft suites, etc.)
College Degree: Preference for Industrial Engineering, Management, Supply-Chain Management graduates
