AR/ AP Associate [Philippines]

What you'll focus on
  • Managing end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
  • Ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts
  • Supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
  • Monitoring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Improving collection rates and optimizing cash flow
  • Collaborating with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve payment issues
  • Generating and analysing AR/AP reports, aging summaries, and key metrics
  • Assisting in audits with proper documentation and record-keeping
  • Recommending and implementing improvements to streamline AP/AR workflows
What you bring
Ideal Experience:
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficient in Xero or similar accounting software
  • Strong in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, reports)
  • Comfortable working with large transaction volumes and tight deadlines
  • Familiar with audit prep, regulatory compliance (GAAP/IFRS), and cash flow forecasting

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • A self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams like Operations, Sales, and Customer Support
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, process building, and using tech tools to automate workflows
  • A team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and a customer-first approach
