What you'll focus on
As a Customer Success Intern, you’ll be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth operations across logistics and fulfillment. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and support strategic initiatives. Your day-to-day will include:
- Data Management: Keep our files and trackers organized and up to date.
- Performance Reporting: Pull weekly service metrics from Metabase to analyze and report on team performance.
- Process Documentation: Help document key processes to drive operational efficiency.
- Courier Tracking: Assist with parcel tracking and issue resolution across Locad and our partner carriers.
- Internal Coordination: Support internal teams by following up on tasks and ongoing projects.
