Operations Executive - Australia Operations

What you'll focus on
Data Automation & Reporting
  • Develop automated dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify gaps in data collection and collaborate with tech teams to enhance data availability.
Workforce Planning & Forecasting
  • Work closely with fulfillment partners to improve resource allocation and labor forecasting.
  • Enhance planning accuracy for peak demand periods (e.g., holiday sales, promotions).
Operational Performance & KPI Management
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance trends to proactively address deviations.
  • Provide actionable insights to ensure fulfillment and carrier partners meet service level agreements (SLAs).
Process Automation & Scalability
  • Identify and optimize manual operational processes.
  • Collaborate with central teams on automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
Ad Hoc Operational Support
  • Assist the Country Operations Manager with additional operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
What you bring

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL, Metabase, Power BI, and Excel for reporting and business intelligence.
  • Experience with process automation and workflow optimization.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning and forecasting methodologies.
  • Strong project management and process improvement expertise.

Soft Skills

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to interpret data and drive operational improvements.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Comfortable working with internal teams, vendors, and leadership.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring data accuracy and spotting inconsistencies in performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or supply chain management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related fields (preferred).
  • Certifications: Google Data Analytics, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (optional).
  • Language: Fluent in English.
