- Conduct HR orientation and manage the complete onboarding flow to integrate new hires effectively.
- Handle exit clearances and ensure timely processing of final pays.
- Manage all offboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.
- Collaborate with the team in planning and executing engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support performance review processes and ensure relevant documentation and feedback are properly managed.
- Address employee queries and provide timely assistance and solutions.
- Collaborate with a global team to handle HR matters across multiple countries.
- Administer payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations.
- Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with employer policies and legal requirements.
- Keep abreast of changes in HR laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Manage the HRIS to ensure the employee database is updated and accurate.
- Assist in the development and implementation of various HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and organizational efficiency.
