What you'll focus on
Process Optimization & Documentation
- Manage continuous improvement projects striving to improve operational North Star KPIs such as, but not limited to FHR, PC1$, manpower productivity
- Maintain documentation control by consolidating operating plans into a central database via the Change Request Form (CRF) process.
- Review, update, and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency.
Service & Compliance
- Support initiatives focused on service improvement through detailed process documentation.
- Assist Customer Service and Commercial teams in ensuring operational compliance for third-party or client audits, such as ISO audits.
- Act as a key liaison between technology and product teams to ensure seamless coordination for new feature rollouts and process changes.
- Gather requirements from operational, product, and technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the planning, execution, and monitoring phases.
- Oversee and support the end-to-end implementation of new features and systems, proactively addressing gaps and ensuring timely delivery.
- Facilitate feedback loops between end-users, tech, and product teams, driving continuous refinement and adoption of new solutions.
Training & Knowledge Transfer
- Develop and maintain a central knowledge base for warehouse troubleshooting.
- Create training materials and independently conduct training sessions for warehouse personnel.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to country teams during process rollouts.
