Associate Manager - AP/ AR [Philippines]

What you'll focus on

Supervise and coordinate the AP/AR team to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes related to AP/AR.
Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and optimize cash flow.
Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve disputes and inquiries.
Prepare and present AP/AR metrics, ageing reports, and other financial analyses to management.
Continuously assess and improve processes, implementing best practices for efficiency and compliance.
Support audit requirements and maintain accurate financial records.

What you bring

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in AP/AR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Skills: Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks; advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
Mindset: Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and proactive in process improvements
