What you'll focus on

As a Global Operations Intern, you’ll play a key role in helping us expand and improve our logistics partner network. You’ll be diving into data, building out partner databases, and supporting our team on everything from rate benchmarking to performance monitoring.

Your day-to-day will include:

Supporting our Central Operations team across partner management and network development (Fulfilment, Last Mile, International shipping—you name it!)
Building and maintaining our partner database across various logistics services
Doing ad hoc analyses to help with pricing, performance, and profitability
Keeping documentation tidy and up-to-date (rates, SLAs, contracts)
Assisting in pricing new services and proposals
Monitoring performance metrics for partners
Pitching in with other operational projects when needed

What you bring

Has a genuine interest in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain
Is analytical and detail-oriented
Knows your way around Excel and Google Sheets
Communicates clearly and confidently
Works well independently and takes ownership of tasks
Stays organised even when juggling multiple things
