Product Designer [India]

What you'll focus on

Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points, using this data to inform design decisions and enhance user experience.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product vision and strategy.
Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and consistent with our brand identity.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with technical constraints.
Continuously iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and data.

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
