Strategy and Development
- Develop and maintain metrics/KPIs, reports, process documentation.
- Ensure an efficient warehouse operation which can fulfil orders within agreed SLA's across several warehouse lcoations.
- Efficiency plan and coordination of administrative activities to ensure accuracy results in all aspects of operations from Order creation to order fulfillment.
- Ensure continuous review and improvement of operational processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Oversee daily monitoring efforts to ensure productivity objectives meet company/departmental standards.
- Arrange daily/weekly meetings with warehouse partners as appropriate to review overall warehouse performance.
- Ensure process of tracking and maintaining productivity standards for each Ops Executive/ Associates.
- Make sure that SOPs are always followed and utilizing appropriate methods.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Internal and External stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
People Management
- Coach, manage and develop Ops Executive/ Associates to optimize performance and meet targets and deadlines.
- Set department objectives/KPIs and review and assess on-going performance of direct reports.
Customer Service
- Responding to External and Internal queries via FreshDesk.
Strategy and Development
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice warehouse, strategy, processes and improve operational performance
