As part of our corporate structure, the Implementation team is involved in multiple country operations across SEA. Setting the right start-off for our network partners in this role is important to ensure our correct operational process and system usage. Training our process structure and keeping an eye for detail is one of the core strengths of this role.

Implementation
- Manage the process of setting up LOCAD warehousing facilities, system functions or process changes (in collaboration with the ops excellence team).
- With the warehouse partner, align the layout and design of the warehouse space with the system.
- Lead the project management of implementations within the dedicated timelines and manage the communication with partners and internal teams
- Implement systems, processes, and training programs to make the warehouse operational to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Train all our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), internal tools, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assure that implementation is followed up in a care phase and hand over the operation to the county operation team.
- Ensure all implementations comply with warehouse contract limitations and requirements.
Improvements
- Work with the central Operations Excellence (OE) team to adapt implementations to the latest process standards.
- Improve existing processes and re-implement them across the LOCAD warehousing network.
- Build and manage strong relationships with external warehousing partners to align them with LOCAD's business plan and operating model.
General Operations Excellence
- Share process improvement ideas with the Ops Excellence team and participate in projects to improve our operations
- Frequent travel within Asia Pacific will be required.
