Supervisor - Operational Development

What you'll focus on

  • Review and revise existing SOP (as needed) and document new processes into an operating plan
  • Consolidate operating plans into a central database via the CRF process


  • Participate in initiatives geared at service improvement (e.g. SDD, Logiwa AI Job Optimization) by providing ground support, coordinating the testing, data gathering for feasibility, and process documentation.


  • Perform operational audit e.g. post-Logiwa implementation, GEMBA walk, etc.
  • Assist CS and CT in operational compliance to third-party or client-initiated audits e.g. ISO audit.


  • As needed, support Operations in campaign planning by checking if documentation e.g. CT Link are updated

Training and Knowledge transfer

  • Alongside the Implementation Team, train CT and Warehouses with new processes e.g. WMS optimization, new marketplace requirements for packing, etc.
  • Maintain a central record or knowledgebase for warehouse issue troubleshooting

Project Management

  • Participate in operational projects aimed at improving efficiency and/or productivity.

Able and willing to visit LOCAD warehouses 
Can create and review operating plans
Proficient root-cause analysis (investigation/deep-dive)
Excellent communication (written and verbal, in English and Filipino)
