Sales Operations Analyst [Philippines]

What you'll focus on
  • Generate and update daily sales and marketing operational reports.

  • Utilize expertise in Google Query and SQL to extract and analyze data from various sources.

  • Proficiently navigate and utilize HubSpot and/or Salesforce platforms for data management and analysis.

  • Develop and maintain effective reporting structures and dashboards to monitor key sales metrics and trends.

  • Automate report generation using macros VBA for efficient and timely delivery.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure accurate and timely reporting.

  • Identify patterns, trends, and insights within sales and marketing data to support strategic decision-making.

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support sales and marketing initiatives and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales operations and data analysis.

  • Utilize Google Query, SQL, and Microsoft Excel formulas and functions to manipulate and analyze data effectively.

What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.

  • At least 2-3 years of sales operations, data analytics experience

  • Expertise in utilizing Google Query and SQL for data extraction and analysis.

  • Has experience in using and creating reports, dashboards, automation and workflows in Hubspot/Salesforce

  • Has at least 2-3 years experience in using data management and data querying using SQL (Postgresql, MS SQL)

  • Has experience in using BI tools such as Tableau, Holistics or PowerBI

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Query, including formula creation, data manipulation, and automation using macros.

  • Knowledge in using Python is a plus

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.

  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights effectively.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to data management.

  • Familiarity with sales and marketing metrics and understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs).
