Customer Success Representative [Thailand]

What you'll focus on
  • Handle high volumes of incoming inquiries from clients (chats and emails) within SLAs
  • Take ownership of client issues aiming to resolve them within one touch 
  • Escalate unresolved tickets to the appropriate internal teams
  • Identify and escalate trends in contact types to the internal operational and tech teams.
  • Collect and provide client feedback
