Network Development Associate

What you'll focus on

We are seeking a Network Development Associate to join our team and help build and manage our global network of supply partners and vendors. You will be responsible for identifying potential fulfillment, shipping and other 3PL partners. 


  • Develop and execute a partner network strategy to meet business objectives. 

  • Identify potential partners, evaluate them based on strategic fit and potential value, and initiate and manage the partnership process.

  • Conduct regular assessments of the network's effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements as necessary. 

  • Building relationships with potential partners and vendors as part of driving network development globally.

  • Strategic planning of network and throughput expansion in line with the current business plan to avoid supply bottlenecks.

  • Manage and oversee the implementation of Partner / Supply projects, including capacity planning, pricing models, Go-to-market, partnership framework, and partner performance management.

  • Support partner contracting and negotiations through competitive benchmarking, global best practice development and local market research.

  • Develop and implement business continuity plans for the partner network.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, operations, finance, and tech to ensure that network development activities align with business objectives and support growth targets, including alignment of contracts, terms and rate cards.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions, making recommendations for changes to the network development strategy as needed.

What you bring
  • BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial engineering or similar. 

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Business mindset and ability to synthesize information into recommendations.

  • Strong project management skills with experience managing complex partner projects.

  • In-depth knowledge of partner network infrastructure, including partner selection, contract negotiation, partner onboarding, and partner management.

  • Must be comfortable working in a fast paced and fluid environment, with a hands-on approach.

  • Ability to lead and direct the work of others;

  • Ability to travel up to 50% locally, nationally and internationally.
